I collaborated with Marks & Spencer to design a new trial food delivery service, leading the UI design and working closely with the UX and development teams.

Throughout the live trial, we operated in sprints to introduce new features that enhanced the user experience. By gathering user data, we continuously refined and improved the site's existing frameworks.
